It used to be that you had to meet required spending amount after store promos and coupons. The packages were marked $6.49, however they rang up at $5.79. Thinking that each one was $6.49, it would have worked out that I met the requested spending amount after the Target coupons on each package. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that I didn't meet that required spending limit after the Target coupons because they rang up at a lower price then what was shown on the shelf.
